We spent really good time and glad to precious meeting.



We served cold-brew green tea and Matcha for sample tasting there.
Especially, cold-brew tea received high reputation from visitors because of its flesh taste (less bitterness, less astringency) and not so strong.   It's easy to drink for people who is not accustomed to drink Green tea even children.

I introduced our organic series WA-IN in last post in this blog. Actually, we develop new item called "Japanese cold brew green tea pack".


This tea pack is an eco-friendly tea pack using material returning to soil.





Of course, the method to make cold brew green tea is very easy.

Thank you for visiting our blog. Today, I'd like to broadcast useful little tidbits information here. When you drink Green tea, Have you ever seen something like dust floating on the water? I often hear that someone feels disgusting this and return production to shop or someone drink tea after removing something like dust.... I'd like to say it out loud.... It's a big misunderstanding!! This is not dust but fuzz of young green tea leaf. What this fuzz prove us that the Green tea floating this is high grade one. This fuzz called "Mouji" means only young shoot has this.
