I'm really happy to inform you that....we are going to attend ANUGA2017 as exhibitor!!

Of course, our main items are Green teas.
We are going to exhibit our original organic brand which is called "WA-IN".

WA-IN is series of 100% Organic.  In the phase of cultivation, Using a chemical fertilizer and an Agricultural chemicals keep to a minimum.

Thank you for visiting our blog. Today, I'd like to broadcast useful little tidbits information here. When you drink Green tea, Have you ever seen something like dust floating on the water? I often hear that someone feels disgusting this and return production to shop or someone drink tea after removing something like dust.... I'd like to say it out loud.... It's a big misunderstanding!! This is not dust but fuzz of young green tea leaf. What this fuzz prove us that the Green tea floating this is high grade one. This fuzz called "Mouji" means only young shoot has this. The more bathe in sunshine, the more loss it. Therefore, this shows us the green tea made from fresh young shoot and high grade one. Of course, it's not bad effect to your health. Cold-blew Green tea.

Thank you for visiting our blog. I'm so sorry I've not up-dated this blog for a long time. It has been very very hot these days in Japan. Regarding Shizuoka area, it was around 36 degree yesterday. I've been to UK and Germany last month, there were also really hot day. Today, I'd like to introduce Cold-blew Green tea. In generally, it's common to drink tea with hot water but cold-blew method can also make good taste actually. There are three big components which consist of Green tea taste. 1) Theanine＝ Sweetness : This component is easy to exude in low temperature. 2) Catechin ＝ Astringency : This component is easy to exude in high temperature. 3) Caffeine  ＝ Bitterness : This component is easy to exude in high temperature.
