WA-Kocha (black tea made in Japan)

There are very interesting Tea cultures in the world.
In the UK, it's very famous and representative production area of the Black tea.
In China, it's representative production area of whole teas.
In India, it's famous production area of teas including black tea.
In Japan, As you know, it has Green tea including Matcha.




Every teas has each characteristic and interesting tastes, fragrant, color....




However, Along with passing time, each country try to cultivate other teas.



I mean, Japan also cultivate black tea.



It's called "WA-Kocha" in Japanese.
   "WA" means "Japanese".  "Kocha" means "Black tea".

It has sweet fragrant and make water color to beautiful red-black.


Of course, it's good to drink as Hot, and also good as Cold-brew black tea.

It's very interesting because the black tea was cultivated by farmers who has skill from experience of Green tea cultivation.
