Today, I'll mention "Super food Matcha".

Do you know the word "Super food"?
This world was born in USA , Canada around 1980. and it's used in doctors and specialists who research alimentary therapy.
The meaning of it is that one contains a great deal of effective ingredients outstanding.

Cold-blew Green tea.

Thank you for visiting our blog. I'm so sorry I've not up-dated this blog for a long time. It has been very very hot these days in Japan. Regarding Shizuoka area, it was around 36 degree yesterday. I've been to UK and Germany last month, there were also really hot day. Today, I'd like to introduce Cold-blew Green tea. In generally, it's common to drink tea with hot water but cold-blew method can also make good taste actually.
