Introducing of our company 【Green tea】



First of all, please let us say Thanks a million for visiting our blog.
The main reason of establishing this, we'd like to sending out our activity and mind to all over the world.

Anyway, I guess it's good to introduce ourselves firstly.

The main item we deal in is Japanese traditional "Green tea".










The production of Green tea began in Japan about 13 century.
It is said that its cultivation in Shizuoka pref was started in same timing.
After this, Shizuoka pref has grown with green tea so far.






We at YAWATAYA CHAHO is placed in Shizuoka pref and has history about 105 years.






As you can see in above picture, there is river, mountain, a lot of green around our company. It is said that To make good green tea, it's needed river and mountain from long ago.







Actually, the green tea taste is differ according to tea craftsman's skill.
Our green tea has been receiving prize in our town any number of times.

I often hear that someone feels disgusting this and return production to shop or someone drink tea after removing something like dust.... I'd like to say it out loud.... It's a big misunderstanding!! Cold-blew Green tea.

Thank you for visiting our blog. I'm so sorry I've not up-dated this blog for a long time. It has been very very hot these days in Japan. Regarding Shizuoka area, it was around 36 degree yesterday. I've been to UK and Germany last month, there were also really hot day. Today, I'd like to introduce Cold-blew Green tea. In generally, it's common to drink tea with hot water but cold-blew method can also make good taste actually. There are three big components which consist of Green tea taste. 1) Theanine＝ Sweetness : This component is easy to exude in low temperature. 2) Catechin ＝ Astringency : This component is easy to exude in high temperature. 3) Caffeine  ＝ Bitterness : This component is easy to exude in high temperature.
