Cold-blew Green tea.

Thank you for visiting our blog. I'm so sorry I've not up-dated this blog for a long time. It has been very very hot these days in Japan. Regarding Shizuoka area, it was around 36 degree yesterday. I've been to UK and Germany last month, there were also really hot day. Today, I'd like to introduce Cold-blew Green tea. In generally, it's common to drink tea with hot water but cold-blew method can also make good taste actually. There are three big components which consist of Green tea taste. 1) Theanine= Sweetness : This component is easy to exude in low temperature. 2) Catechin = Astringency : This component is easy to exude in high temperature. 3) Caffeine = Bitterness : This component is easy to exude in high temperature.
